Roger is a filmmaker, storyteller, and visionary leader who founded Observable Space with a passion for capturing the movement of God across the world. With a background in professional video production, documentary filmmaking, and high-level marketing strategy, he has dedicated his craft to illuminating the impact of global missions and the lives transformed through them. Roger’s work spans continents—embedding with ministries, humanitarian teams, and local communities to document stories with cinematic excellence, honesty, and heart. His experience in marketing enables him to translate ministry impact into compelling visual narratives that inspire action, generate support, and expand the reach of organizations around the world. Leading Observable Space with both technical mastery and a deep love for the Lord, Roger’s mission is simple: to create films that inspire, encourage, and reveal the incredible work God is doing through His people. Fun fact, Roger is married to Hannah!

Hannah brings a compassionate, ministry-centered heart to Observable Space, shaped by her experience in church leadership, global mission trips, and her impactful work with disenfranchised foster youth. She has a deep love for people and a natural ability to make others feel seen, valued, and at ease—whether she’s serving in a church community, supporting vulnerable young people, or connecting with individuals across cultures on the mission field. Her passion for sharing God’s love and her genuine personability enrich every story we tell, helping ensure that our work reflects both the dignity of the people we film and the heart of Christ behind the mission. Through her leadership, empathy, and spiritual grounding, Hannah strengthens our commitment to approaching every project with compassion, integrity, and a deep desire to honor the Lord’s work around the world. Fun fact, Hannah is married to Roger!

Ali brings more than three decades of leadership, mentorship, and high-performance coaching experience to Observable Space. Having spent 33 years guiding elite athletes and teams at both the collegiate and youth levels, he has built a career centered on intentional growth, character formation, and the pursuit of meaningful goals. His deep understanding of leadership development and culture shaping allows him to view ministry and missions work through a unique, strategic lens—recognizing the importance of vision, discipline, and unity in every organization we partner with. Ali’s ability to help individuals and teams transform their dreams into actionable pathways strengthens the heart of our mission, ensuring that the stories we tell are grounded not only in faith and impact, but in the real people and real leadership that make global ministry possible. Fun fact, Ali was Roger’s best man!
